DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Rugby Now offers you a range of delivery services that suit your requirements yet still get value for money. At the beginning of the Checkout process, when you are looking at your Basket, you will have the option to choose from a range of delivery services that are available to your location. We use FedEx and USPS with software that updates according to live pricing. So what you order will always be delivered for the exact cost of the delivery service and method you chose.

 
We do not ship to third-party freight forwarding services.

Same Day Shipping

All orders placed before 3:00 PM ET Monday through Saturday (*) will be handed over to the relevant shipping company the same day that you placed the order. You will receive a tracking number and receipt to ensure you have all the relevant information to collect your delivery.

* We do not ship on any major US holidays. Any customized items may take an additional 1 business day to ship.

FedEx Express Shipping

We offer several FedEx Express options for customers to choose from. These services deliver Monday – Friday.

 

  • FedEx 2 Day: your package will be delivered within 2 business days by 8:00 PM throughout the US.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: your package will be delivered the next business day by 8:00 PM throughout the US.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight: your package will be delivered the next business day by 12:00 PM throughout the US.

International Orders

Rugby Now ships orders from the US globally via the US Postal Service (USPS). From our experience, typical transit time is 10-21 days. Actual shipping time may vary slightly due to factors such as customs, carrier routing, package traffic, and other unforeseen factors.


Our shipping quotes do not include any customs/duty/import taxes, which are imposed by the respective international countries. These taxes are not imposed by us or the shipping carrier. Any customs/duty/import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. As this may differ from country to country, we are unable to give you an accurate estimate of the taxes. Please check with your country’s customs for further details.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Package

Once your order has been handed over to USPS or FedEx for shipment, Rugby Now is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of the package while in transit or once delivered. Rugby Now is also not responsible if USPS or FedEx experiences delays while delivering your package. We recommend for you to reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim, and we can provide the relevant information you may need to file.
