RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please contact sales@rugbynow.com to request return instructions. Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If items are returned to us after 30 days, they will be subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returning or exchanging an item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is due to our error in which case we will refund standard shipping cost.

The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges:

• Items marked as “Clearance Final Sale”
• Customized jerseys
