We offer free USPS Ground shipping to US orders over $200.

 

All orders are proudly shipped from our warehouse in Henderson, Nevada (located just outside of Las Vegas!). Please note that we are an e-commerce store only, and do not have a physical storefront for in-store shopping or order pickups.  

 

Our team works hard to process and ship orders Monday – Saturday, excluding major US holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT / 3:00 PM ET are shipped the very same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on a Sunday, will be shipped out the next day.

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

 

FedEx Express Shipping

Need your order faster? We offer FedEx Express shipping options at checkout for expedited delivery. These services deliver Monday – Friday.

 

  • FedEx 2 Day – your package will be delivered within 2 business days by 8:00 PM your local time throughout the US.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight – your package will be delivered the next business day by 8:00 PM your local time throughout the US.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight – your package will be delivered the next business day by 12:00 PM your local time throughout the US.

Some important notes to keep in mind when shipping via FedEx Express: (1) there is no delivery on weekends or major US holidays, and (2) delivery to PO Boxes is not available, a residential or business address must be used. 

 

Do you ship to freight forwarders?

No, we do not ship to any third-party freight forwarding company. This policy is for our customers’ protection. Once a package is delivered to a third-party forwarding service, we lose the ability to track it and cannot be responsible for any loss, damage, or delays that occur from that point forward. To ensure your order reaches you safely and securely, we must ship directly to your final residential or business address.

 

Any orders addressed to a known commercial freight-forwarder may be canceled.

 

Note for our friends in Canada: we know that using a US-based PO Box is a popular and convenient way to receive packages. We want to assure you that we absolutely DO ship to official PO Boxes, and your order will be shipped without any issues.  Feel free to use your US PO Box address at checkout!

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship orders from the US globally via the US Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx, depending on courier availability. From our experience, typical transit time is 10-21 days. Actual shipping time may vary slightly due to factors such as customs, carrier routing, package traffic, and other unforeseen factors.

 

Our shipping quotes do not include any customs/duty/import taxes, which are imposed by the respective international countries. These taxes are not imposed by us or the shipping carrier. Any customs/duty/import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. As this may differ from country to country, we are unable to give you an accurate estimate of the taxes. Please check with your country’s customs for further details.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We know how frustrating it is when an order doesn’t arrive as expected. While we are not liable for packages once they are handed over to USPS or FedEx, we want to help you navigate the situation.

 

First Steps: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package, please take a moment to: (1) verify that the shipping address on your order information is correct, (2) check around your property, in your mailbox, and with your neighbors, and (3) allow an extra 24-48 hours, sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered prematurely.

 

Our Role in the Process: Once your order is with the carrier, they assume responsibility for the shipment. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit or after delivery. Similarly, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays.

 

However, we are here to support you. In the case of a lost, mis-delivered, or damaged package, we will happily assist you in filing a claim with the respective shipping agency. Please reach out to sales@rugbynow.com for further assistance.

 

The Claims Process and Final Decision: Please reach out to us for assistance with a claim. It’s important to understand that the shipping carrier (USPS or FedEx) will conduct the investigation and has the final authority to decide the outcome of the claim. They will determine whether any reimbursement, partial or in whole, is warranted. Our role is to provide them with all the necessary information to aid their investigation.  

 

Should the carrier determine that a reimbursement, partial or in whole, is warranted, we will process that refund to your original form of payment. You can expect us to issue the refund within one (1) business day of receiving the official claim decision from the carrier.
